Purchases are sold directly by Usama Moin. They appear on your card statement as BITRUPT. If you do not recognise a charge, email usama@bitrupt.co before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
Before you email
- Refunds: the refund policy covers most cases, and a request needs nothing but an email from the account address.
- Cancelling: you can do it yourself from the billing page in your account. It does not require contacting us.
