Refund Policy

Last updated 3 August 2026

The short version

Within 14 days of a payment, email us and we refund what you have not used. No form, no reason required.

Articles you have already generated are yours to keep and publish, so they are deducted at the plan’s own per-article rate. Nothing else is.

How it is worked out

Your plan’s price divided by the articles it includes gives a rate per article. We deduct that rate for every article generated in the period and refund the rest.

PlanPriceArticlesPer articleRefund after 10 articles
Starter$2930$0.97$19.33
Growth$8960$1.48$74.17
Agency$399200$2.00$379.05

Generate nothing and you get the whole charge back. Generate the entire allowance and there is nothing left to refund, because you have had everything the plan sells. Annual plans use the same rate against the whole year’s allowance, not one month’s.

On a plan with unlimited articles there is no per-article rate to deduct, so the deduction is by time instead: the share of the period you have already had. Ten days into a 30-day period returns two thirds of the charge.

Refunded in full, whatever the usage

  • Duplicate or accidental charges. At any time.
  • Service failure. If the Service could not do what the plan promised and we could not fix it, regardless of the window.

Outside the window

After 14 days a charge is not refundable, other than the two cases above. Cancel instead and you keep access for the rest of the period you have paid for.

One thing worth saying plainly, because it is not a refund condition but people ask: the Service produces and publishes content, and no tool can promise a search ranking. What it can promise is that every figure it publishes is checked against the page it came from.

How to request one

Email usama@bitrupt.co from the address on the account. Include nothing more than that. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds immediately.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and issues the refund, so it returns to the original payment method and typically appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling instead

Cancelling is separate from a refund. It stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel from the billing page in your account at any time, without contacting us.

The 3-day trial requires no card, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, email us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix the problem. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved.

This policy sits alongside the terms of service. Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
